Le Comit\u00e9 du Quartier des Mocards a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1989 pour d\u00e9fendre les r\u00e9sidents du quartier face aux nuisances li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019habitat, aux derni\u00e8res implantations industrielles, aux conditions de circulation et \u00e0 la pollution.

Ses objectifs \u00e9taient et sont toujours de d\u00e9fendre collectivement les habitants et de les repr\u00e9senter aupr\u00e8s de la commune tout en renfor\u00e7ant les liens entre eux<\/strong>.

Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019action d\u00e9pendent des \u00e9lus avec qui nous traitons. Les \u00e9lus sont \u00e0 notre \u00e9coute et essaient de nous aider dans la mesure des contraintes budg\u00e9taires et l\u00e9gales.

Ainsi nous avons pu obtenir la viabilisation du passage pi\u00e9tonnier entre la rue Dalayrac et la rue des Mocards,
Nous avons \u00e9mis des propositions pour les modifications n\u00b03 et 4 du Plan Local d\u2019Urbanisme de Fontenay. Depuis 2022 notre Territoire Paris Est Marne et Bois nous invite \u00e0 suivre l’\u00e9laboration du PLU Intercommunal (PLUI).
Nous avons contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019abandon de quelques projets immobiliers anarchiques et \u00e0 l’installation d’une boite \u00e0 livres\u2026
Nous travaillons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec les associations des quartiers voisins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
